Please read the following information carefully: Business transactions (offers, deliveries, services, etc.) with Charming Group GmbH are based exclusively on these terms and conditions. When the goods are ordered, these conditions are deemed to have been accepted. By using this website and ordering from charmingc.ch, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you agree to these terms and conditions.

Hello! Thank you for visiting our shop and supporting our little business!

PRICE

The prices in the shop are shown in CHF including VAT. The price does include the costs for packaging and shipping. 

PAYMENT

At the moment you can pay via Mastercard, Visa and TWINT in our shop.

ORDERS

Orders are considered binding and can only be canceled on the same day. In the event of delivery delays or obstacles, you will be informed by email as soon as possible. The availability of the offered articles is reserved.

SHIPPING

We currently only ship to Switzerland. The dispatch takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment. Delivery time is usually 1-5 working days after receipt of payment. If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post rests with the buyer.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

Cancellation is only possible before delivery. Cancellation after delivery can only happen after email approval.

LIABILITY

Charming Group GmbH is not liable for any damage suffered by the buyer as a result of using or operating the items purchased. Charming Group GmbH assumes no liability for lost profit, indirect or indirect damage that the buyer or third parties may incur.

RETURN

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use. Returns must be confirmed with us prior per email. The purchase amount will be reimbursed minus the expenses incurred for shipping. In the event of damage in transit, you must complain within 24 hours, otherwise the right to a free replacement will expire.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Personal data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not passed on to third parties. Your data will only be used in order to process your order and will be treated confidentially. 

JURISDICTION

The place of jurisdiction and performance is Zurich. Swiss law applies.
